Our AC unfortunately went out on the hottest week this summer. Casa had a completely booked day and they squeezed in and were at my house early in the morning. The technician was able to figure out the problem right away which unfortunately is our coil. As he was inspecting the AC unit he realized the people who installed it made a mistake in a pipe that was supposed to be closed off (forgive me. I don’t know the technical words) the damage in the near future could have cost us thousands of dollars. The technician was not only honest about the mistake that was made but he left our home genuinely sorry he couldn’t fix our AC. He kept apologizing he had to leave the home with out a working AC. I was deeply concerned upon researching all the damage that could have been , if our coil had not stopped functioning, and found one small error. I called the company and they connected me with Tony, who was professional, made me feel heard as a customer, understood my concern, and he took care of me a concerned customer.
